Calle 13 is a band of free, urban and rhytmic music. All the integrants were born in Puerto rico, a little island in the atlantic ocean. The members are Rene (voice, composer) Eduardo (chorus, composer, multi-instrumentalist) and Ileana Cabra (female voice). Eduardo and Ileana are brothers, and Rene is the stepbrother of both.
They won ten Latin Grammy awards and two Grammy awards. They are famous because of her strong lyrics, with social critics. They sing about peace, war, discrimination, economy, politic, love, fun, etc.
The last time they visited Chile was the September 4th, i went to see the performance, and it was awesome, a lot of power on theirs instrument and voices, an unforgettable experience.
